Our English Golden Ale is Thomas Fawcett Pearl Malt for a delightfully biscuit sweetness and just a touch of Goldpils for body and a hint of color. A small of Willamette hops give this beer a mild floral note and an American edge. Pinkies out and Pints up, Blokes!

Pours clear golden with a minimal eggshell head. Aroma has good malty and hoppy components. Flavor is hoppy and malty, not complex but refreshing. Body and fizz add up to a typical but acceptable mouthfeel. Pleasing.
