This brew is a collaboration with our good friends from the brewery Canediguerra in Italy! Together we've created a sour beer that has been aged for 3 months in Barbera red wine barrels from the award-winning winery Tenuta il Falchetto. Notes of vanilla, oak, red wine and fruit define this tart and complex brew, which should be enjoyed in small sips from a big glass around 8℃. Salute!

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Reddish brown colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of oak, red wine, brettanomyces, red wine vinegar, hints of molasses and fusel alcohols. Very sour flavour, with the same elements as the aroma. Not worth the steep price.
