On tap at Grünerløkka Brygghus. Pours more black than brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel with some hops and spices. Sweet and malty with a slightly dry and bitter finish. Quite well balanced. Nice and a bit different Brown Ale with lots of malt, reminds me a bit of vørterøl/Malzbier, but with hops and bitterness.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Dark brown to ruby colour, beige head. Aroma of butterscotch, caramel and biscuits. The flavour is not too sweet, but has also notes of caramel, butterscotch and brown bread. Decent enough to drink, but does not stand out from the crowd.
