Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 10

Clear, deep yellow with a thin but persistent and dense cap. Tart and yeasty aroma has a strong citrus hop aroma of lemon and orange. There are several distinct flavor moments to each sip, getting more specific in turn: generally tart, generally bitter, spice/herbal (including camphor and coriander), orange and lemon, mild bread, milk, and a relatively crisp finish. Great tingle and beautiful lace to this brew, and nice body to boot. I cannot help but judge subsequent saisons by this measure.
