Plane Spotting is our Oat cream IPA. Using lots and lots of oats and a little malted wheat really brought the froth to this one. We sprinkled a little lactose in for good measure, then hit the Whirlpool heavy with Sabro. Following a warm fermentation we dry hopped with Nelson & Cashmere. So sit back, relax, have a sip and do some Plane Spotting
