Penrose Tiling is a smaller version of our Quasicrystal Triple IPA but it’s DDH with Galaxy, Moteuka, and Mosaic. Nose screams passionfruit from the Galaxy. Full bodied and full of oats, this beer sails on the tongue with citrus and twang until the big mouthfeel dries out and finishes with a dank hop bite. Sure to give you those dry hop burps.
