Lupulo Savvy is a collaboration with Tap Savvy in Litchfield Park, AZ. We conceptually wanted a big double IPA with a big body, assertive hoppiness and a dry resiny finish. We started with Pilsner malt and 2 row then added a hefty portion of flaked rye. Hopped with Citra, Sabro, Idaho 7 and Galaxy. Those hops were chosen for their resin content and aroma by our brew team and the Tap Savvy team. Clear and clean and crisp like the old times.
