Well well well, we made an Imperial Brown ale. Just don’t it Bobby. So we start with some Marris Otter & 2 Row. Then we blended some Simpson’s crystal with a sprinkle of roasted barley then hopped with Hallertau Blanc lightly and fermented with our house yeast. Full bodied malty, but balanced with notes of English breakfast tea and freshly baked bread. This beer is for people who prefer traditional malty beers with low hop bitterness and balanced sweetness.
