The old school sign of a good time. Disposable cameras bring back memories of theme parks, vacations, ball games and a simpler time. This beer is a nod to just that. A few years ago double IPAs dominated the west coast beer scene, now they are few and far between in their crisp, dry, bitter and hoppy form. Disposable Camera is 100% golden promise malt and bittered/whirlpooled with Citra and Cashmere hops for that signature hop bite. Fermented low with a california ale yeast. Dry hopped with Citra and you guessed it, Cashmere. This is an ultra modern take on an instant classic that for a time, was as trendy as a Disposable Camera.
