We're gonna be like three little Fonzies here. And what's Fonzie like? He’s cool. So to honor him we decided to try our hand at a new style, the Cold IPA. We start with Pilsner malt and flaked corn for an ultra light body. Then hopped with a fresh dose of Idaho Gem. Then we dry hop with Nelson and more Idaho Gem. Carbonated high and fermented cold. So stay cool fellas.
