Pours clear straw yellow with a thick, though effervescent, frothy white head. Aroma just barely has a note of malt. Flavor presents a little malt, a little fruit, a little woody hops. Mouthfeel disappoints in both fizz and body. Nein, danke - I’ll use this to kill the @*$!# gnats that have been plaguing me for weeks.

This beer actually "smells" better out of the glass than out of the can, which I find to be extremely odd for swill. My rating reflects the can value, out of the glass it is a 6. It kind of smells like Angus's shorts after a blazing hot gig. The best way i can truly describe it is as burnt cereral, or at least what I would presume burnt cereal to smell like. Overall, the beer is pretty much what you'd expect it to be, just like every album the band has released since 1981

Nice looking slightly oversized tallboy (500ml). Pours a thick fizzy head and leaves a small cap of off-white head. Has a straw/pale golden colour. Ok lacing. Excessive carbonation. Aromas of corn, malts and grains. Really nothing much else. Flavours are also corn, light malted barley, grains and mild wheats. Pretty bland with no punch. Light bodied mouthfeel with a tingling sensation from heavy carbonation. Pretty watery mouthfeel too. Creaminess from head. Overall, just another lager. Cool can though!

Single can from a Gatineau, IGA (thanks to PaleAleRider for the heads-up). Celebrating what could of been the longest game in NHL finals (with some AC/DC playing in the arena). Pours a light golden colour with a big frothy white head, decent retention and dirty lacing. Aromas of sweet malts and citrus at first. Then, the hop comes out creating a weird smell with slight chemicals hints. Medium-bodied and wet all the way. The malt is sweet tasting, but less than expected, with the hop balancing things, in a grassy finish. So, for a pale lager, not as bad as I thought, as the hop gives this one a boost.
