La boloxée honours the Saison style but rapidly confuses the consumer with its dark color and clean taste. Built around coriander, its unique aroma will charm you like a delicate perfume. While waiting for strong roasty flavours, your senses will be mystified by a gentle maltiness followed by citrus, hops and Saison yeast notes. The finish is floral and sweeter than the average Saison. You are bolloxed! The only cure of course is another drink.
