A cloudy yellow appearance with a large white head. The aroma is bready with some spices and lemon. The flavor is rather sour with some lemons, spices, and coriander. This is very refreshing. Overall a very good wit!

It pours a hazy light apricot with a very thin white head and some streaks of lacing. An aroma of bready malts, faint hops, citrus fruits, apricot, some yeast and light spices. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of wheat malts, hops, citrus fruits, apricot, and spiciness. Very good..

Satsuma wit pours a 'peachish' yellow, hazy body, some head and lace. Aromas of orange, wheat, and spice. Flavor is the same as the flavor with the citrus, wheat, and spices but they are more pronounced in the aroma. Overall its a decent wit, refreshing.

Pours a hazy straw yellow with a fairly thick white head. Aroma is wheaty and a little yeasty with a good undertone of citrus, mainly orange. Flavor is wheaty with a bit of yeast and a touch of orange; it started out a bit wan but got better as I continued. Texture is smooth with a good tingly undertone, and the finish is a little yeasty and a little orangy.

Slightly cloudy yellow colored ale. A big, robust frothy white head. Decent hang time. Lacing is disappointingly light. Big spicy nose. Coriander, citrus, clove. Thin body. Crisp carbomation more than makes up for that negative aspect. The taste is wheat,, subtle notes of citrus and more spice. Not an offensive summer quaff. In fact I think I’ll have another.
