Pecan Ale is made with real Louisiana roasted pecans for a subtle, nutty flavor and aroma. It’s brewed with pale, Munich, biscuit and caramel malts, and Willamette hops. The roasted pecans are added in the brewhouse. Crack one open and geaux nuts!

Pours clear copper with a fair frothy parchment head. Aroma delivers toasted malt, caramel, nutty and subtle hoppy tones. Flavor provides toasted malt, earthy, nutty, caramel and woody and slightly bitter hop notes. Texture offers good smooth body and peppy fizz. A mouth full of fall.
