Lemon Wheat (May-September) is a crisp, refreshing beer made with lemon peel for a fresh citrus taste and aroma. This unfiltered brew has a hazy, golden color and is made with lager and wheat malts, Centennial hops and Biere de Garde yeast. This brew is an excellent choice with many dishes. It pairs wonderfully with salads if the dressing is not too sweet. Great with shrimp, lobster or any fish, even the most delicate. Suggested temperature: 41° Suggested glassware: wheat, flute or tulip

A murky lemon colored beer with a big frothy textured white head rising smartly above. There's good hang time. It settles eventually into an impressively thick ringlet and light fluffs atop the body. The profile is lemon, wheat and a bit of grassiness. Light-medium bodies, effervescent, creamy and refreshing.

Hazy, golden body thin white head, not really much lace. Aromas of lemon cleaner, and a bit of wheat. Regular mouthfeel, slight carbonation bite. Flavor sucked, mostly hay, not much lemon to speak of. Overall not impressive, border line offensive.
