Pours opaque Coca-Cola brown with a fairly thick but effervescent tan head. Aroma is like a high-quality root beer, giving no hint of its alcohol kick. Flavor starts more soda pop than beer, sarsaparilla and vanilla, sweet and tame - but then a bit of alcohol sneaks in at the end and says, "Hey, this is HARD root beer, dixie darlin’!" Mouthfeel features decent body if not much fizz. Run through the bayou!

A dark cola-brown body with a big, very thick frothy textured tan head rising above. There's good hang time on the head with clingy film left aside the glass. A rootbeer soda (with the spices and vanilla extract of the sida) with a alcohol spike. Tasty in a light bodied drink.
