Belgian IPA. Cette cuvée se veut un croisement entre les esters épicés des levures belges, une amertume bien balancée et le généreux houblonnage aromatique typique des IPA. Prenez garde, elle camoufle très bien son haut taux d’alcool.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Pours a fair size of foamy white head and leaves a thin coat. Has a pretty clear golden appearance. Aromas of floral hops and grainy, bread malts and not much else. Flavours of mild citrus hops, mostly spices and resin hops, sweet malts, a slight hint of bananas and caramel. Fairly sweet. Somewhat excessive carbonation. Mouthfeel has a puckering, mouth-tingling sensation. Some bitterness on the palate. Also gives off a warming sensation. Not too bad, but would love to try on tap some day.
