On the face of it this is a pretty standard IPA. But we have soured it and thereby balanced the fruity sweetness with acidity instead of bitterness, which turns it in to something completely different. Sour, fruity, refreshing, juicy and very, very trippy!

Pours clear topaz with a thick and frothy snowy head. Aroma presents tart fruit, mainly citrus and tropical, plus resiny hops and a bit of hay. Flavor yields quite sour tropical with a bit of pomme, tart and slightly sweet citrus, bitter piney hops, crisp malt. Texture delivers good body, peppy fizz, and a hoppy and citrus finish. Book yourself on this trip.
