7 FJELL / RYGR COLLAB At Harald Hårfagre samlet hele Norge til ett rike ved slaget i Hafrsfjord i 872, er nok historisk ganske upresist, men at han ble konge over et stort område på Sør-Vestlandet er klart. Derfor synes vi det er passende å markere året med et samarbeidsbrygg med gode venner fra sørvest. «872» er et moderne surøl brygget med norsk hvetemalt fra Jæren Korn og Malt. Selv om plantene har spisse torner, er smaken av fikenkaktus og stikkelsbær myk og frisk. Sommerlige aromaer av stikkelsbær, kombinert med det eksotiske innslaget fra fikenkaktus, gir en smaksopplevelse utenom det vanlige. #Slitan #Druse 6%ABV, 15,3 °P, 9 IBU, 8 EBC

    330 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 6.0%. Made with gooseberries and fig opuntia / prickly pear. Moderately hazy golden to orange colour, minimal white head. Aroma of jam of said fruits, also notes of tangerine. Medium sour flavour of gooseberries, prickly pear and tangerine, also lactic acid. Hardly any bitterness. Refreshing and nice to drink.
