Voici Framboisine, une petite Berliner Weisse aux Framboises à 2,5% Notes de la brasserie : Au nez, nous avons une belle acidité et bouquet de fruit grâce à l’ajout aux framboises. Le corps de la bière est très mince, bien gazéifié. L'acidité de la bière est la première sensation que l'on détecte en bouche, puis la suite est dominée par la fraîcheur de la framboise. La gorgée fini sèche avec une acidité modérée.

Clean reddish colour with a pinkish-white fizzy head dissipating quickly, with no lacing left. Fresh raspberry aromas with some decent sourness. Flavours of raspberries, light tart and mild sourness. The mouthfeel is fairly thin, but quite nice for the style. A slight haze comes out near the last pour. All-around, it is a very nice raspberry, low alcohol brew with a decent sour touch.
