Voici Chouette, une petite blanche belge à 2.5% avec zestes d'orange et coriandre. Cette bière extra-légère est parfaite pour les grandes chaleurs d’été. Notes du brasseur: Le nez est très aromatique : floral, poivré avec une légère présence d'agrume. La grande quantité de blé utilisée ajoute une belle rondeur à la bière, et ce malgré son faible pourcentage en alcool. Les épices, à savoir le clou de girofle apporté par la levure belge et la coriandre ajoutée en fin d'ébullition dominent initialement l'arôme. Les zestes d'orange sont timidement présents en finale. La gorgée finit sèche et faiblement amère.

For a light beer, such a big nose with oranges, hints of cedar, herbal notes, spices and Belgian yeast. Very lightly hazed, very lightly golden with a foamy-frothy white head, average stay and some soapy lacing streaks. Gets a touch hazier as it pours. The flavours are a continuation of the aromas, but much milder. Some decent bitter-grassiness does come out of it. Pine needles and lots more from the forest. Interesting light beer with lots of conifers blending things stronger.
