Ça faisait très (trop?) longtemps que nous ne l’avions pas offerte! Après une absence de plus de deux ans, Bénédicte, notre Munich Dunkel à 5% est finalement de retour! Notes de la brasserie : L'arôme de cette bière apporte des notes de brioche caramélisée. On y retrouve aussi un mélange de noix et une touche de chocolat au lait. En bouche les houblons allemands apportent un caractère herbacé et légèrement citronné. Le mélange des 7 différents malts allemands utilisés pour cette brasse apporte un goût de croûte de baguette bien cuite, de noisettes, avec une petite finale de caramel. Faiblement amer, hautement gazéifiée, cette lager accompagnera agréablement les soirées fraîches de printemps ou vos premières sorties en camping!

Clean, darker amber colour with a golden hue, a big frothy light-beige head, decent stay and spots of lacing left on the glass. Fruity, nutty aromas with a caramel malt base. All of this in the taste, with some good hoppiness in the finish. A drying finish with mild grassiness. Medicinal hints and mineral water. A decent Dunkel with enough hops to cut dry the usual richness.
