Thresholds are those beckoning points of entering new places. Oftentimes once we cross thresholds we cannot return - or at least return the same as once were. With beer, high gravity Belgian beers and beautifully hoppy IPAs were threshold beers for our Brewmaster. Once he had them he was never the same. This beer is a combination of a big Belgian style using a fruity Trappist yeast, hopped like a bold IPA with Citra, Comet, Blanc, Mandarina, Nelson, Huell Melon, and then dry-hopped with more Citra, Mandarin and Nelson. The glass folks with aromas of tangerine, Mandarin orange, lime zest, papaya and passion fruit. Try one - you'll never be the same!

Taps opaque chocolate with a thick and bubbly beige head. This is an IPA? Aroma offers fruity, resiny hop and fresh malt notes that call for a taste. Flavor explodes with tropical, citrus, piney hops, sweet fresh malt, and a touch of caramel. Mouthfeel delivers good body and jazzy fizz. Yes, you'll never be the same after crossing this threshold.
