We did a homebrew contest with Hop City next door and the Best of Show winner got to brew their beer with us. Hamp Covington won with his Eyes of the World IPA. We scaled up his recipe and he came down and brewed with us. It was a lot of fun. It's a gold colored IPA with LOTS of dry hops. Very juicy, grapefruity hop character.

Pours a nearly opaque honey golden with an OK whitish head. Strong aroma is hoppy, evergreen and just a little fruity with a hint of sweetness. Seriously hoppy flavor is quite evergreen and pleasantly bitter with a firm undertone of grapefruit. Texture is smooth and quite edgy, leaving a hoppy and grapefruity finish.
