We make a gluten free beer for all of our guests that have a gluten allergy. Brewed from sorghum, buckwheat and a special yeast that was not cultured using barley, it is a fairly hoppy Pale Ale style gluten free beer.

Pours clear dark golden amber with a substantial ivory head. Aroma is not strong, but has tempting fruity and hay notes. Fruiy flavor is almost more cider than beer, but pleases with sorghum and subtle caramel tones. Finally, a gluten-free beer that is good to drink! Texture is firm, fizzy and pleasing. I knew that someday I would find a GF beer I liked!
