An American IPA that is dry hopped with El Dorado hops.El Dorado are a new hop. I really like them a lot. They have a nice citrus character, very bright flavor without being overly aggressive, with maybe a grassy note in there.

Pours hazy dark apricot with a thin eggshell head. Aroma is very hoppy, evergreen with fruity hints. Bold, hoppy flavor rolls evergreen and citrus notes across the palate,while a hint of sweet malt makes its subtle mark. Texture is firm and lively, leaving an evergreen finish with just a snip of bitterness. Solid gold!
