This is a classic American IPA. Brewed with a special blend of several American hops it has an absolutely stunning hop aroma. Juicy, citrusy, resiny. It's the kind. We love the hop plant.

Comes out of the tap a hazy honey-golden with a fluffy cream-white head. Hoppy aroma has a firm grapefruit undertone and a hint of honey sweetness. Hoppy, grapefruit flavor is quite tart and somewhat bitter, featuring a bit of evergreen. Texture is fizzy and lively, and finish is quite hoppy.

Dark amber color with a white head. Aroma contains some caramel, citrus, and oak. Flavor is rather bitter with some lemons and pine but also has a malty backbone. Hop burp. Overall a nice darker IPA.
