Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9
Comes out of the tap a somewhat hazy honey golden, darker at the core than at the edges, with a very thick, fine-bubbled and rather persistent pale wheat head. Hearty aroma is quite hoppy, more woody than resiny, with an undertone of citrus, mainly orange. Strongly hoppy flavor has equal parts wood and evergreen, with a citrus undertone and hints of malt and herbs. Thick flavor has lots of fizz and life, leaving a hoppy tingle that lasts. If you’re in Atlanta and like IPAs, it’s not complicated at all - drink one.
