We blanketed this American IPA with lots of different hops to cover the full spectrum of hop flavors from tropical fruits to citrus, pine and spices. Flavors of passion fruit, pineapple, lime, grapefruit, peach, mango and pine are woven into the fabric of this beer. We hopped it in the kettle with Nelson, an experimental variety named X-517, Centennial, Sorachi Ace, Simcoe, Citra, Azacca and Callista; then dry-hopped it with Chinook, Huell Melon and more Nelson. So curl up under the blanket and grab an IPA now that the cold weather has set in.
