Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Pours a hazy golden with a thick pale buff head. Strongly hoppy aroma has a firm note of citrus, equal parts grapefruit and Mandarin orange plus a hint of tangerine. Flavor is richly hoppy but not bitter, and the citrus underpinning echoes the tones of the aroma. Firm texture is alive with fizz. For those who procrastinate? ;)

Pours a hazy honey golden with a decent pale buff head. Aroma is seriously hoppy - like getting a good whiff of a fresh Christmas tree. Flavor is very hoppy, but only a little bitter, with a fruity undertone. Firm, lively texture leaves a hoppy, evergreen, slightly fruity finish. This experiment is a success!
