This beer has a certain rhythm to it as the many flavors pass over your taste buds in a certain meter. The grain bill is all Belgian with subtle biscuity, bready and soft caramel. It is lightly hopped but spiced with cardamom, black pepper and coriander. Those spices intermingle with the myriad flavors from the yeast of tropical fruit, exotic spices and a faint earthiness.

Dark golden color with a white head. Aroma contains some citrus, sweet potatoe, break me off a piece, and brown sugar. The flavor is rather sour with some citrus, yeasty goodness, brown sugga, and yams. Different but good.
