A Belgian Quintuple--if there was such a thing. A celebration of the opening of 5 Seasons-North. There are 5 malts, 5 hops, 5 of this, 5 of that 25 of these things and 25 of those things over there. It is a BIG beer. Very rich, very complex. But don’t be scared of it—or maybe you should.

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Comes out of the tap an opaque coffee brown with a minimal tan head, but this may be a an artifact of the pour. Aroma is fruity and slightly woody, about average strength. Flavor is fruity, mainly apple, with a strong alcohol bite and a hint of sweet chocolate. Texture is silky smooth, a bit thick, and subtly fizzy.
