This American IPA is hop bursted in the kettle - like all of our IPAs - with Amarillo, Simcoe and Cascade. That means we add all of our hops as flavor and aroma additions for a beautifully intense aroma and smooth bitterness. Then we dry-hopped it with even more Amarillo and Cascade. All such great hops. Nice flavors and aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, peach, lemon, apricot, ripe melon and pine. And the new Beer Bill this session, SB 85, should pass! That means you’ll be able to get legs of fresh IPA right from the 5 come September 1st!

Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9
Pours hazy dark apricot with a thick and fine-bubbled pale buff head. Aroma delivers grapefruit, tropical fruit and resiny hop notes. Flavor offers more hops, but plenty of citrus and tropical fruit character and a malty underpinning. Mouthfeel has good body, peppy fizz, and a hoppy and bitter finish. Go SB 85!
