Super Pils is a classic pilsner character in a big, bold beer that drinks like an IPA. Euro-pils character, but bolder. Cool-fermented with our house ale yeast for a clean, smooth flavor with just the barest hint of fruitines. Perfect balance of malt and hops in classic pils fashion—just stronger. Unfiltered for better body and foam Pairings Great with medium to high intensity foods and fried dishes. Suggested pairings include: pork chops, carnitas or al pastor, great with pasta, both red and creamy sauce, mac and cheese—pizza, lighter blue cheese, tacos de lengua! Fried shrimp or scallops, fried chicken, latin dishes like empanadas, pupusas and others.

A bright golden-yellow colored beer with a big sudsy textured, white head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. Grassy nose and more of that on the tongue with some toffee thrown in. Crisp and effervescent.
