Introducing "Valley of Gold" - our Brett fermented, red wine barrel-aged, raspberry wheat beer. Brewed in recognition of our 3rd anniversary this past June and paying homage to one of our all time favourite beers - Orval, this beauty was aged for 12 months in a Prince Edward County Pinot Noir barrel and bottle conditioned for 6 months.
