We are very excited to introducing a new series here at 46 North, the Zodiac Series! If you haven’t figured out by now, our brewmaster loves IPA’s. This series will focus on ingredients never previously used here at 46, or in some cases, hop combinates never tried before either. Our fifth release in this series is Cancer. This beer utilized only a single hop from our growers in New Zealand called Nelson Sauvin. Not only is this one of our brewmasters favorite hop but this is our first time using this strain in Cryo format. This beer really showcases the huge flavours Neslon can produce, including notes of white wine grapes, gooseberries and passionfruit.
