A recreation of beers consumed in the Roman empire. Devised by David Moya of Cervesera 4 Pedres, in collaboration with La Cervesera Artesana, brewed at the Cervesa Artesana AS. Brewed with a barley and wheat base, with two different wheats, one of which, a red wheat, was grown in Egypt. Brewed with parsnips, white lupins, dates, cinnamon and saffron.
