English style IPA with a “twist”. This beer uses the very traditional, flavorful floor malted Marris Otter as the sole base malt as well as European hops for bittering and flavor, with some west coast hops as aroma. This IPA is all about a balanced profile, using a pleasant bitterness to compliment the sweet, biscuity malt.

12 oz can. Pours slightly hazy dark golden orange with a medium creamy white head that goes to a thin film that leaves some lacing.
The aroma is sweet soapy biscuity malt with some grassy hops.
The flavor is sweet biscuity malts with some fruit and a grassy minty bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, English IPAs just aren't my thing.
