A recent one off available in Ontario for a whopping $22.80 a bottle. Thankfully a friend of mine spent the money and decided to split it with me. It pours darker than a lot gueuzes, a cloudy light brown colour to be exact. Head is white, and larger than expected. Funk is the name of the game in the aromatic department, wood chips, more funk. Flavour is funky lemons with a definite puckering moment. It smells like a great gueuze, it tastes like a great gueuze, but it's well overpriced, even if it a rare one off.

The beer pours a hazed golden brown with a rocky white head that lingers. The aroma is funky earth, garage floor, and vinegar. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with above average carbonation. The flavour is sour and woody with plenty of funky flavours. There is both a sweetness and a sourness to the finish with the sour winning out. -

Cork exploded off the bottle the second the cage was taken off. Light brown body lots of haze complete tall rocky cap. Smell is funky!!! Moderate sour, lemons, funky awsome wood, old shed dust. Taste is same. I normaly crap on the style for being completly undrinkable but this one even I can drink. I still taste tonic and bile ( reminds me of my batchalor party aftermath ). A tart sweetness lingers on the lips. Best of the style I’v ever had!
