This is a special barrel fermented version of our house saison. After fermentation the beer remains on the lees and undergoes a lengthy aging period in the French oak barrels. The result is a bone dry and remarkably complex golden farmhouse ale with light acidity, a spritzy aroma, and quick refreshing finish.
