Brewed with small sticky mash hopped with Japanese Sorachi Ace, then fermented at extremely warm temperatures with their house Saison yeast. It then underwent a second fermentation with over 500 pounds of peach puree. Overripe peach aromas meshe with a fluffy mouthfeel and subtle flavors of coconut and cracked black pepper.
