The beer uses Barley, Wheat, Oats, Honey and Rye to give it a wonderfully complex malt character. It’s straw in color, hopped gently with citrusy hop varietals (grown on Titled Barn Farm) and fermented with classic Saison yeast. The resulting beer is bright, rustic, spicy and beautifully complex.
