This is a throwback to the original haze craze, the German weissbier. The aroma pops with bananas and a slight bit a clove. This beer pours hazy and is pale straw in color. The flavor is a bit biscuity with a slight sweetness thanks to the malt. While all the cool kids are craving those delicious, hazy IPAs, some of us remember the original hazy beers. In this case, Pat Berger of Kaiser Tiger wanted to bring back a traditional German-style weiss bier. The aroma pops with bananas and a slight bit a clove. This throwback why weissbiers were the original haze craze.
