This brew features fresh hops in both the boil and as dry hops. The Chinook hops were grown by brewmaster Polo and special Cascade hops grown down in Saxeville by Pat LeSage. The Cascade hops are descendants of hops grown in Wisconsin by a founder of the Schlitz Brewing Company back in the 1800s when Wisconsin produced a large portion of the hops grown in the US.…
