For this mad batch we started with our Sunny Day recipe, a case of oranges, a box of pure guava purée and a wicked grin! We tweaked a few details, hand processed some oranges, tossed in a little lactose, and added solid hit of Mexican vanilla. The result is a little bit of magic in your glass! The first taste takes you back to that sunshine on a stick; the creamsicle. Rich, creamy, orangey goodness. As you sip, the tropical guava and hops start to tickle your IPA bone, more and more. Put that pint down. I dare ya!
