Tasted on tap at the 13th Bistro Double IPA Festival on 2/9/2013. This triple IPA pours a medium brown amber color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, citrusy, earthy and grapey. A medium to full bodied Triple IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet, touch of orange. The hops are citrusy, orange and grapey. Decent carbonation. Nice balance. Hides the alcohol very well, except for a slight bite at the finish. Nice lingering bitterness. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
