In collaboration with our local Bay Area friends at Fieldwork Brewing (who might know a little about hops in beers) we bring you a hop-forward, Hazy IPA . Crack open a can and you’re instantly hit with a floral, dank and piney aroma. At first sip, you’re lulled into delicate malt clouds, then brace yourself for a MAMMOTH dry hop charge - 4 pounds of hops per barrel to be exact (which is twice our typical rate!) – and juicy notes of peach, orange, mango and pineapple.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

Pours barely translucent apricot with a thick and frothy ivory head. Aroma yields woody hops, citrus, tropical, and subtle funky and malty notes. Flavor features piney hops, tropical, citrus, stone fruit, sweet malt and subtle funky tones - this is almost a tutti-frutti IPA. Texture offers smooth, fairly firm body and perky fizz. Not a terrible idea at all!
