500ml bottle into pint glass. Birthday gift from my wife. Pours a dark caramel brown (like a Tooths old). Thin white head that dissipates to a ring. Tiny bubbles rise. Sweet alcoholic nose, honey just noticeable. Good body, not too sweet. Zingy mouthfeel. Finish has balancing bitterness. Has a slight lingering phenolic note. Like a high alcohol Vienna Lager.
