Pours hazy dark amber with a fairly thick, if effervescent, pale buff head. Strong aroma has firm fruity, yeasty and hoppy notes, with a malty undertone. Bold flavor has a fruity core that is just a little bit sour, a little sweet, and supports malty and yeasty notes plus hints of hops and - yes, sea salt. Himalayan sea salt? Well, many mountain peaks were sea bottoms hundreds of millions of years ago. Body is firm, though fizz leaves a bit to be desired. Enjoyable.
