We all like oats in beers. Like, a lot. So Josh got to creating a hoppy beer with oats making up nearly half the grain bill. Then he added a whole mess of galaxy and mosaic hops as a late addition to supplement this full-bodied beer with all the juicy character expected from a brett pale ale.

Pours hazy daffodil with a thick and frothy off-white head. Aroma delivers sharp resiny hops, tangy citrus that seems mainly lemon and grapefruit, a nice touch of oats. Zesty flavor provides grapefruit, piney hops, oat, a bit of lemon, a bit of malt. Texture features lively fizz and fair body. Rock oat with your ale oat!
